Cabinet Refacing

Transform Your Kitchen in Days, Not Months

Your kitchen deserves to look its best, but a complete remodel can take months and cost tens of thousands of dollars. There’s a better way. Cabinet refacing offers the dramatic transformation you want with a fraction of the time, cost, and disruption of traditional remodeling.

At Redo Cabinets, we’ve spent over 70 years perfecting this process for homeowners throughout Chicagoland and Wisconsin.

A Smarter Alternative to Full Replacement

Cabinet refacing might be the kitchen industry’s best-kept secret. Instead of tearing out your existing cabinets and starting from scratch, we give them a complete facelift that looks just as good as brand new cabinetry.

The process begins with removing your old cabinet doors, drawer faces, and hardware. Our expert technicians then carefully prepare your cabinet boxes by sanding and cleaning every surface before applying your chosen finish in rich, modern colors that bring your vision to life.

This results in a kitchen that looks completely different and feels entirely new. Your kitchen layout stays exactly the same while everything visible gets upgraded with premium materials. We work with high-quality American products designed to withstand daily use and maintain their beauty for years to come.

The Value Proposition That Makes Sense

A typical cabinet replacement runs $15,000 to $40,000 or more. Full kitchen remodels? Those easily exceed $50,000 and take three to six months to complete. Cabinet refacing delivers comparable visual impact for a fraction of the price, and we complete most projects in just 3-5 days.

Professional Installation Matters

Cabinets face intense daily wear from opening and closing, moisture, temperature changes, and constant contact. Our technicians have the specialized tools, proven techniques, and quality materials needed to create results that last.

Professional installation makes sure that your new cabinet faces can handle these challenges for years without peeling, warping, or deteriorating.

Expertise You Can Trust

Cabinet refacing is our specialty, not a side service. This focus allows us to perfect every aspect of the process. Our A+ BBB rating and 5-star reviews reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship throughout Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, and Wisconsin.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jace is an incredible installer. He is meticulous with his work and makes sure everything is immaculate when he leaves each day. He arrives on the dot and if he’s running late because of an accident, he contacts you to let you know what time he will arrive. We were able to use our kitchen every night and every morning before he showed up to work on the project. He helped solve some issues that arose and I trusted his opinions and advice. While there was a manufacturing issue with a few of the doors , Jace contacted the company and replacements are already being made and I will insist that it’s Jace who comes back to swap out the doors. The nicest, friendliest, and most meticulous person I’ve ever had work on a home improvement project in my home, hands down!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a great salesman Thomas Roberts! Went over everything in great detail for our pricing. We had a Lowe’s give us a price also which was cheaper but the thorough description of exactly what Redo Cabinets does for each customer was amazing. Also a lifetime warranty on everything including hinges! We were sold. Thanks Thomas!
