He is meticulous with his work and makes sure everything is immaculate when he leaves each day.  He arrives on the dot and if he’s running late because of an accident, he contacts you to let you know what time he will arrive.  We were able to use our kitchen every night and every morning before he showed up to work on the project.  He helped solve some issues that arose and I trusted his opinions and advice.  While there was a manufacturing issue with a few of the doors , Jace contacted the company and replacements are already being made and I will insist that it’s Jace who comes back to swap out the doors.
